1. Rapid Fulfillment Response

Your cleaning plans shouldn't be stalled by long wait times.

  • Processing Time: All in-stock orders are picked, meticulously packed, and dispatched within 24–48 hours.

  • Weekends & Holidays: Our logistics center rests on weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on Friday afternoons or during the weekend will be prioritized for dispatch on the following Monday.

2. Transparent Delivery Timelines

We partner with reliable carriers (such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, or premium local couriers) to ensure safe arrival.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7–12 business days after dispatch.

  • Real-Time Tracking: As soon as your order ships, you will receive a Tracking Number via email. You can monitor your parcel's journey in real-time through our Tracking Page.

3. Shipping Rates & Benefits

  • Complimentary Shipping: Enjoy Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $XX.

  • Flat Rate: For orders below the free shipping threshold, a calculated rate will be applied at checkout based on the weight and destination of your parcel.

4. Arrival Protection & Guarantee

  • Damaged on Arrival: If your tools arrive compromised, don't worry. Please contact us at service@bufryna.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will arrange a free replacement at no additional cost to you.

  • Address Corrections: Please notify us of any address changes within 6 hours of placing your order. Once a parcel has been handed over to the carrier, we are unable to redirect it.

5. International Customs

  • Duties & Taxes: We strive to use logistics routes that minimize additional fees for our guests. However, depending on your destination's local laws, any import duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient.


Shipping FAQ

Q: Will my items arrive in one package? A: To get your tools to you as fast as possible, orders with multiple items may occasionally be dispatched from different specialized warehouses. In this case, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each parcel.

Q: What if my package is marked "Delivered" but I haven't received it? A: Please check your porch, mailbox, or with neighbors first. If the parcel is still missing after 24 hours, contact our Customer Concierge, and we will initiate a formal investigation with the carrier.
